Prelude Terms of Use

Prelude helps people date with profile discovery, matching, chat, voice notes, Travel Mode, AI Coach, and AI reply suggestions. By creating an account or using Prelude, you agree to use the service lawfully, respectfully, and only for genuine dating and social connection.

You are responsible for the information, messages, voice notes, photos, and profile content you provide. Do not harass others, impersonate people, attempt fraud, upload abusive content, misuse reports or safety tools, or try to bypass limits, entitlements, authentication, or payment systems.

Dating involves personal judgment. Prelude does not guarantee matches, compatibility, responses, dates, relationships, or safety outcomes. Use caution when talking to or meeting people, and report or unmatch profiles that make you uncomfortable.

AI Coach and AI reply suggestions are optional assistance only. They can be imperfect or incomplete, and you remain responsible for what you choose to send or do.

Premium subscriptions, when available, renew automatically unless cancelled according to the app store rules. Android subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds will be handled through Google Play when purchases are active. Prelude will not grant Premium from an unverified purchase.

Prelude may limit, hide, deactivate, suspend, or remove accounts that violate safety, fraud, abuse, or acceptable-use rules. Reporting and blocking tools help us keep Prelude safer, but we do not promise a specific moderation outcome for every report.

Account deactivation hides your profile and signs you out. If you need help with account access, safety, privacy, deletion, or subscriptions, contact us.
